Cool Cuts offers 14 Day Return Policy

At Cool Cuts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer 14-day return policy giving you complete peace of mind.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it

  • Unused and in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note: Used or damaged scissors cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at Returns@coolcuts.co.uk to request a return.

  2. Once your return is approved, We will provide you with a free prepaid return label. Simply pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest post office or collection point. Once we receive the return, your full refund will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.

  3. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

  • Inspect your order upon receipt.

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (excluding holidays).
