Cool Cuts Risk-Free 30-Day Return Policy

At Cool Cuts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our risk-free 30-day return policy gives you peace of mind. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it

  • Unused and in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note: Used or damaged scissors cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at Returns@coolcuts.co.uk to request a return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide a Return address and detailed instructions.

  3. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

  • Inspect your order upon receipt.

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (excluding holidays).

  • Bank or card processing times may vary.
