Your Cool Cuts™ scissors are covered by a full 12-month guarantee from the date of delivery.
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.

What’s Covered

We will replace your scissors free of charge if any of the following occur within 12 months:

• Manufacturing defects
• Material defects
• Faulty construction or component issues
• Premature dulling not caused by misuse
• Structural problems with the tension screw or pivot

If the scissors fail due to a defect in workmanship or materials, we’ve got you covered.

What’s Not Covered

To keep this guarantee fair and transparent, the following are not included:

• Damage caused by accidental drops, impact, or bending
• Blade damage from cutting inappropriate materials (paper, plastic, fabric, etc.)
• Rust or corrosion caused by improper storage or exposure to moisture
• Wear caused by not following the care instructions
• Sharpening or repairs performed by third parties
• Misuse, neglect, or alteration of the product

Warranty Exchange Policy

If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing or material defect, we will replace or repair the product at no cost to you. 

Note: If the issue is found to be caused by misuse or an excluded circumstance, the warranty claim will not be eligible for replacement.

Warranty Exchange Shipping Policy

When making a warranty exchange claim:

  • Return to Cool Cuts: The buyer is responsible for sending the scissors to us using a tracked postal service. This ensures your warranty claim can be processed quickly and securely.
  • Replacement Delivery: Once the issue is verified as a manufacturing or material defect, Cool Cuts will cover the cost of shipping your replacement scissors back to you.

This process helps us maintain fast, secure, and reliable warranty service while keeping your replacement safe and on time.
