- Used or damaged scissors cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
- Once your return is approved. We will provide you with a free prepaid return label. Simply pack the item securely and use the Return label.
- Once we receive the returned item, your full refund will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
