Welcome to Cool Cuts™. We’re a UK-based store specialising in professional barber scissors and grooming tools. This page outlines our terms for using the site, placing orders, and handling purchases. By browsing or buying, you agree to these terms. We may update them – check back regularly.

If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our products.

Section 1 – Online Store Terms

By using our site, you confirm you’re at least 18 or above. Our products can’t be used for anything unlawful, and all local laws in your area still apply. These are professional scissors which are very sharp. Make sure you use them responsibly and store them away from children.

Cool Cuts™ or Alphaxe will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from the use, handling, or operation of our products. Users assume full responsibility for ensuring safe and appropriate use. This includes, but is not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseen. By using our products, customers acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to release Cool Cuts™ and Alphaxe from any and all related claims or liabilities

Section 2 – Using Our Website

We give you personal access to browse and shop Cool Cuts. This access is non-transferable and strictly for your own, non-commercial use.

This does not include:
• Reselling or commercially re-using any part of our website or content
• Copying product listings or descriptions
• Creating derivative versions of our content
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to collect data

You also can’t frame our content, use our trademarks, or hide meta tags containing our name without written permission. Any misuse ends your access immediately.
Creating hyperlinks to our homepage is not permitted.

Section 3 – Your Responsibilities

You agree not to:
• Download, copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the site
• Remove copyright or ownership notices
• Use bots, spiders, or automated retrieval tools
• Collect user information such as emails or usernames
• Create fake or automated accounts

Once your order is handed to the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to you.

Section 10 – Taxes & Charges

Taxes are calculated based on the destination.
Shipping and handling fees apply as shown at checkout.
We may adjust shipping fees at any time, and they may differ from actual carrier costs.

Section 11 – Payment Methods

We only accept valid payment methods we list at checkout.
By placing an order, you confirm you’re authorized to use the card or payment method provided.
If payment cannot be verified or processed, the order may be canceled.

Section 12 – Returns

All returns follow our official Return Policy, available on the Returns page.

Section 13 – Accuracy of Information & Pricing

We work hard to publish accurate information — including product details, pricing, and imagery — but errors may occur.
If an error happens, we may:
• Correct the order and adjust the price
• Cancel the order and issue a refund

Prices may change without notice.

Products may sell out or be discontinued at any time. We may also limit quantities or reject orders when needed.

If a product is restricted in your region, we may refuse or cancel the order.

Your exclusive remedy for any product or service issue is to return it or receive a refund according to our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Cool Cuts and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility. Total liability for any claim related to your purchase will not exceed the purchase price of the product.

This limitation does not apply to gross negligence, fraud, or intentional misconduct.

No remedy we use is exclusive; we may combine multiple remedies, including damages and reasonable legal costs.

Failure to enforce a right does not waive it. Terms cannot be assigned or sublicensed without written permission. Any ambiguity is not interpreted against Cool Cuts.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
