Your Cool Cuts scissors are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery.
Not covered:
- Damage from dropping, improper sharpening, or misuse.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Unauthorized repairs.
How to Claim:
Email: Returns@coolcuts.co.uk with order number, photo of the defect, and a short description. Returns must be approved before sending items back. Return postage for faulty items is free; we will provide a prepaid return label.
