- All returns must be authorized by Cool Cuts support first
- Used or damaged scissors cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
- Once your return is approved. We will provide you with a free prepaid return label. Simply pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest post office or collection point. Once we receive the return, your full refund will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
